Sales Administrative Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide data to the sales Managers and Head to help monitor performance and productivity of each sales person
  • Help prepare reports and presentations of sales Head and Director to be used by internal or external customers
  • Support all sales related process and activities to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of all team members
  • Involve in administrative coordination with other departments, especially with Operations team to ensure compliance on policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Business Analytics team to align on output and methodology of reports
  • Conduct reviews and audit to ensure that Sales Teams are compliant towards policies and guidelines.
  • Assist sales team to handle client requests
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in any Business course.
  • At least two (2) years of related work experience is a must.
  • Experience in using Salesforce is plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Good oral and written communications skills.
  • Sales background is a plus.
  • Quick to learn, adaptable, has passion for excellence and the ability to work in a high-pressure work environment
