- Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external customers
- Involve in administrative coordination with other departments
- Provide data and guides to the sales team to help with productivity
- Support all sales related process and activities to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of all team members
- Conduct reviews and audit to ensure that Sales Teams are compliant towards policies and guidelines.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any Business course.
- At least two (2) years of related work experience is a must.
- Experience in using Salesforce is plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Sales background is a plus.
- Quick to learn, adaptable, has passion for excellence and the ability to work in a high-pressure work environment
