- Help resolve Customers’ Quality complaints
- Help Train Block Makers on appropriate Aggregate Mix for Concrete & good yield
- Highlight the technical benefits of using Dangote Cement to Artisans, Consumers & industrial users
- Optimize the awareness of Dangote Cement through regular visits/inspection, trainings & demonstrations
- Advise on better working tools including proper PPE at the work site
- Regularly liaise with Quality Dept for Quality update
- Technical support to all Field Sales Staff
- Regular feedback to Quality Dept on Quality performance from the Field
- Visit Construction Project sites to offer value adding technical advice to Project Owners & Supervisors
- Prospect for big projects & partner with Field Sales to close
- Periodically analyze all complaints received & share same with Quality, Sales & Marketing Dept
Requirements
A Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Bio Chemistry & Industrial Chemistry
- Minimum years of Work Experience: 3-5yrs
