Sales Administration intern S3

Part-Time

Core Responsibilities:
Support for sales planning/forecasting for customer
• Control and organize customer demand planning process within the segment.
• Execute the Strategic Opportunity Management for customer. Ensure continuous monitoring, review the tool update of strategic business opportunities
• Support Budget and Strategic Sales Planning.
• Support of globally located Sales Managers for all related Sales Administration and planning tasks.

Area of Tasks:

▪ Creating Characteristic Combinations for new materials or new index for each ship-to/sold to party constellation. Monitor, review, and perform modifications/updates on master data level in SAP system.
▪ Alert handling in CDP Tool
▪ Regular Price and Volume Forecast (CDP) checks and updates
▪ Creation of different analysis in Business Warehouse.
▪ Support VRM for the segment locations.
▪ Support of Budget Planning using CDP – alignment with SPOT tool and Segment Strategy
▪ Support Acquisition List maintenance and consistency with QRDB and Sx List (using SPOT data) ▪ Update SPOT tool
▪ Power Point presentations

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint generation skills are a must
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of SAP APO /Business Warehouse or related experience is a plus
• Focused and quality orientated
