Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting our Global sales team in efficient use of our CRM, operated in Microsoft Dynamics.
· Manage our lead queue in our CRM to ensure prompt responses to our customers.
- Create and support in creating customer journeys on Dynamics relating to event participation around the world.
Working Relationships:
The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, bridging their needs and common platforms together. We appreciate analytical capabilities and insights into how we can improve our processes.

Qualifications:
· Fluent in English
· Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is required
· Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
· Degree for example in marketing, business or communications
The role is based in Makati, coordinating the CRM (MS Dynamics) activities for the Global Sales Team.
