Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customer account management, adeptly handling inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively engage with clients monthly to nurture and expand existing accounts.
- Foster enduring customer relationships to maximize long-term value.
- Identify and address opportunities and customer issues with precision.
- Guarantee the prompt and successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Product Development) to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor account metrics, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
- Share a comprehensive weekly sales report for effective communication and performance analysis.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in account management, key account management, sales, telesales, telemarketing or business development roles.
- Exceptional proficiency in Business English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin communication, demonstrating a natural flair for effective interaction.
- Essential skillset includes solution-based selling, persuasive communication, adept negotiation, deep customer understanding, market research acumen, strong leadership capabilities, effective time management, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
- Extensive experience using CRM Software, G-Suite, and Microsoft Suite for seamless workflow management.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business-related studies, providing a solid foundation in the field.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and competitive environment, showcasing remarkable adaptability.
