We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales in the Saudi market. As a Sales Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service-oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships in the Saudi market.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
- Expand touch points and footprint in key accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Have an excellent overview of the business and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in Saudi Arabia as well as the competition.
- Retain clients and upsell products/services to existing customers.
- Penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders at all levels within these accounts.
- Interact with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Requirements
- Business professional with 5+ years of experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Experience in SaaS, CpaaS, digital, telecom, and software sales is preferred.
- Necessary to have sales experience in the Saudi Arabian market, preferably in the IT or Telecom industry, working with clients in different sectors (Retail, Finance, E-Commerce, Media and Entertainment, Transportation, Logistics, and Healthcare).
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market dynamics and business environment.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipeline, acquire key accounts, and showcase consultative sales skills.
