Sales Account Manager

Full-Time
  • Drive acquisition of enterprise and government clients within designated territory through proactive identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
  • Execute strategic sales strategies to secure deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, soliciting feedback and ensuring regular engagement.
  • Maintain quarterly communication with onboarded clients to gather insights.
  • Proactively identify client pain points and tailor offerings to align with client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including deployment engineers and customer success team, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum educational requirement of a Degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years' experience with a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales is highly desirable given its unique operational model and sales cycle.
  • Experience in deploying enterprise software is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and adeptness in fostering relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Commitment to achieving results.
  • Must hold Singapore citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
