Sales Account Executive with Polish

Limassol, Cyprus
We are looking for passionate Sales individual to join our Sales Department in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining client relationships with new existing clients by understanding the client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required
  • Promoting company's new products and service
  • Training clients on companies platforms and trading tools
  • Analysing, identifying, planning, designing and implementing opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights
  • Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
  • English, any other language will be considered an advantage
  • Proven experience working within client services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create rapport quickly and develop relationships further
  • Financial market knowledge/trading experience
