About the opportunity:

We are the internal recruitment partner for a local well established, manufacturing company based in Peterborough.

Due to the continued growth and success, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Executive to join the busy and dedicated team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to really make their mark and have a real impact on the business, working closely with the management team as well as your colleagues across the business, you will be the main point of contact for new and existing clients.

You will engage with customers from point of enquiry right through to successful delivery, ensuring that the whole campaign runs as smooth as possible for all stakeholders, especially the client.

You will have outstanding communication skills, with the ability to ask intelligent questions to illicit the client's exact requirements. Emotionally intelligent, you will be able to read between the lines to truly understand your client and their business needs.

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be an integral part of the team, understanding a client’s brief, relaying it accurately to the design and production teams and keeping the customer updated throughout the process.

To make an impact as a Sales Account Executive, you will be highly organised, detail orientated, with a customer centric approach and the ability communicate intricate details effectively.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Engaging with new and existing clients from point of enquiry – through to successful delivery of service/products
  • Manging client’s expectations throughout, always delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Create an accurate detailed brief and communicate effectively to internal stakeholders (design and production teams)
  • Communicating effectively with clients and making sure they are always kept up to date.
  • Being able to organise yourself well to work to tight, unmovable deadlines.
  • Providing support to stakeholders as and when needed.
  • Prepare and provide detailed quotations to clients.

  • A competitive salary of circa 28k dependent on skills, knowledge, and experience.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday with some flexibility between the hours of 8am – 5pm.
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
