About the Role
Glassdoor is looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive, who wants to jump in head-first and help grow our Upper-Mid Market team, UK & Ireland. What You’ll Do
Within the Upper-Mid Market Sales, UK & Ireland organization, your primary focus will be owning a business of existing and prospective branding customers with the intent to achieve their business goals through Glassdoor. Renewing expiring business, unearthing new growth opportunities through current or new partners, and developing a consultative relationship with customers while delivering an outstanding level of professional service are your top priorities. As the owner of your business you will lead with vision as you showcase the value of working with Glassdoor and invest further in the employer brand. Consistency is also paramount here as exceeding quarterly revenue retention, new business and growth goals is your dedication to the business.
What You’ll Bring
Base Salary Range: €48,440 - 60,500 | OTE: €80,733 - 100,833

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.
