Sales Account Administrator

Ngage Live Chat and DLS, are currently on the hunt for an energetic, proactive, and resourceful Sales Account Administrator to join our team!   
This role will perform various activities to drive Ngage, Nolo and DLS sales results and support leadership, ensuring the smooth flow of information and follow-up for identifying and acquiring prospective customers as well as supporting existing customers. This role will work alongside leadership to create and implement the tactical approaches necessary to achieve our broader strategic goals, along with providing day-to-day administrative support to them. This role will be an essential part of the team as they build current client and prospect relationships and generate additional revenue opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist sales leadership with implementing target market strategy and working with managers and reps on the generation of relevant prospective client lists.
  • Balance the sales and account management needs of multiple product lines within the same product type and vertical.
  • Oversee and report on the full-cycle onboarding of new customers, including contract processing and retention transition.
  • Build/maintain strong relationships with internal departments to problem-solve customer issues and expedite resolutions.
  • Research and provide resolutions to all billing questions (cancels, credits, collections, and monthly expiration handling).
  • Reconcile and oversee lead distribution, including inbound leads, referrals and cross-sells. 
  • Support in the commission processing, including billing breakdown and oversight of related documents. 
  • Run and maintain reports needed to efficiently and effectively execute account business reviews and early account renewals.
  • Perform other responsibilities or duties, including expense reports, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience; 
  • 1-2 years of experience with
    • Advanced usage of spreadsheet applications such as Excel and Google Sheets
    • Reporting to Director-level (or comparable/higher) role 
    • Direct ownership, or reporting to the direct owner, of key sales KPIs  
    • Owning projects and being responsible for their results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail; ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Excellent PC and software skills.
  • Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, and Google Workspace experience is helpful.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, leadership, and delivery of results (proactive rather than reactive).
