What will you do?
As the SHE Officer, you will be pivotal in defining, implementing, and maintaining SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. Collaborating with various departments, you will create a safe and sustainable working environment for all employees and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement SHE policies, standards, and procedures in collaboration with operational management.

• Create and oversee the annual SHE plan.

• Support operational management in maintaining compliance with legal and internal requirements.

• Coordinate risk assessments and oversee safety programs (biosafety, chemical hygiene, waste management, and lab safety).

• Conduct SHE audits, evaluate incidents, and implement corrective measures.

• Deliver SHE training for employees and coordinate annual fire drills.

• Stay updated on SHE legislation and ensure company compliance.

• Act as a liaison with SHE agencies, emergency services, and other relevant stakeholders.
