- Is responsible for the standardised, centrally managed content of the demo environment of the IFS Ultimo EAM solution.
- Seizes the opportunity to develop good running stories in line with the sales playbook, which colleagues can repeatedly use in a demo setting.
- Understands what sales colleagues need to have in a demo environment to convince prospects of the power of our product and recognises what potential customers would like to see in the Ultimo demos.
- Owns the improvement backlog that is jointly created with pre-sales colleagues.·
- Follows development teams closely and prepares the demo environment accordingly.
- Is operationally dealing with extending and improving demo content.
- Cooperates with technical colleagues if there is a need for a technical change.
- Provides general support to sales colleagues who want to set up APIs for demonstration purposes.·
- Submits proposals to improve our standard out-of-the-box Ultimo environment, based on finding while improving the demo experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or comparable fields: Business Administration, Business IT & Management, Sales & Account management or Commercials Economics.
- Experience in the work field of EAM 3+ years.
- Broad knowledge of Ultimo software or comparable business applications.
- Talent to organize work and priorities with limited supervision.
- The eagerness to shape this (new) position further.
- IT affinity is a must, affinity with SQL and XML is a plus.
- Good spoken and written English is essential.
