As RVP Sales, EMEA, you’ll lead and develop a team of Account Executives (AEs) across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments in London and Berlin

Your primary responsibility is ensuring the team hits their individual quotas and overall team targets, driving pipeline generation, bookings, and accurate forecasting. You’ll collaborate with the AVP Sales, Business Development, Channel Partnerships, RevOps, and Marketing to refine sales strategies, optimise TAM expansion, and ensure our sales playbook is executed flawlessly.

This role is about more than just revenue—it’s about building a high-performance Sales culture, developing talent, and ensuring long-term customer success.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Sales Performance: Motivate, coach, and develop a team of tenured AEs to achieve quota, ensuring strong pipeline coverage, territory planning, and deal execution.
  • Pipeline & Market Strategy: Work with the AVP Sales to identify market opportunities, refine territory planning, and drive sales execution across key verticals (fintech & crypto, e-commerce, mobile & marketplaces, travel, and B2B SaaS).
  • Sales Leadership & Coaching: Context-switch seamlessly between high-volume SMB deals and complex Enterprise engagements—supporting your team in closing deals at all levels.
  • Customer Engagement: Join key prospect and customer meetings as a senior stakeholder to build trust, remove friction, and ensure long-term growth.
  • Sales Execution: Ensure process adherence across Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales tools, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to refine go-to-market strategies and maximize sales efficiency.
  • Scalability & Growth: Identify ways to expand our Total Addressable Market (TAM), improve efficiency, and optimize new product sales.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Drive accurate forecasting (+/- 10%) and ensure strong SFDC hygiene to maintain operational excellence.
  • Culture & Motivation: Foster a high-performance, team-first culture with incentives, coaching, and recognition.

What You Have:

  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: 3+ years of managing and coaching AEs in a high-growth SaaS environment and a proven track record of getting those teams beyond target.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in partner marketing (affiliate or influencer) or marketing SaaS is a strong plus.
  • Sales Methodology Expertise: Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, and JOLT sales frameworks.
  • Hands-On Leadership: You’re a practical, self-motivated leader who thrives in the trenches with your team.
  • Tech Fluency: You’re comfortable working with Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales engagement tools.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You understand how to use data and reports to refine performance.
  • Adaptability & Business Acumen: The ability to context switch between SMB and Enterprise deals, while also navigating a complex, competitive market.
