Essential:
Must have proven experience in RTR process preferably in a shared
service environment managing a team of executives ranging from entry to experienced individuals

• Good working knowledge of Finance processes

• Exposure to SAP Finance & relevant modules
• RTR process re-engineering and project management skills

Overall Project/Task description
Lead the gamut of the accounting team: book closing, reporting, and fixed assets to ensure accurate
financial reporting and decision support for NEC country units from the point of transaction through to
financial close and periodic external reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
Ensure preparation of management and regulatory reports, including the compilation of data for audit
reviews and requests
Assist the RTR tower lead for all accounting related activities
Have strong analytical skills; to be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for
improvements
Ensure the team is replying to all queries in a timely manner and all queries are dealt correctly and
efficiently
Manage the teams members, ensuring that the team functions effectively and efficiently
Identify continuous improvement process areas
Review KPI’s and SLA’s on a regular basis and taking necessary actions
Ensure SLA adherence by team, focus on building efficiency in the processes, manage escalations
Ensure process efficiency is monitored and measured to meet customer requirements
Relevant Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of progressive work experience in finance, accounting
preferably in a shared service structure process
Preferred Chartered Accountant; Also considering Bachelors Degree/M.Com/
MBA / Cost Accountant
