Are you experienced in property management, customer service, or sales and looking to make a difference in people's lives and your career? Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Roving Assistant Property Manager to join our team as part of our Cedar Rapids Region. We offer up to $23/hrs, full benefits including 2 weeks paid time off and tuition reimbursement.

We currently manage over 75,000 apartment units in 22 states, making us the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2024). In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO

Compensation, Benefits & Perks!                             

- $20-$23/hrs

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

-Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
-Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible 
-Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
-Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by   showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable 
-Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at   its greatest effect

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2+ years' experience in multifamily housing 
· Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry 
  software, YARDI preferred
· Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
