Job Purpose
Leads and directs RMS Field Operations at a country level. The Delivery Leader is responsible for the overall fiscal and operational performance of field operations team, which includes Quality Control Tower (QCT Analyst ) Field Team Leaders, and Field Auditors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the field organization to ensure the delivery of high quality, timely and validated data to clients, representative of the markets from which it is collected.
- Coach and develop leaders and associates to build a pipeline of talent to support future needs of the organization.
- Effectively partner with local, regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Operational and Business strategy.
- Ensure field team leaders have adequate resources to meet business requirements for their assigned area.
- Plan and direct field operations to ensure the delivery of validated data to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide fiscal planning, budgeting and overall financial management for the Collection Team in the markets.
- Drive productivity to achieve optimal organizational efficiency and meet plan commitments.
- Collaborate with the Operations leader in determining and executing the Operations strategy for the market to meet the needs of the business.
- Recruit/Build a strong team of resources with diverse capabilities to achieve business needs and a high-performing work environment continuously optimizing resource allocation, organization design and reporting models to deliver the business plan.
- Ensure the continuous delivery of quality and performance excellence in field collection operations.
- Ensure the evaluation of organizational performance via performance improvement programs and regular operating reviews.
- Partner with Global Enablement teams to ensure the implementation and maintenance of standards and governance.
- Play a leading role in developing and mentoring high-performance individuals capable of assuming roles of increasing responsibility within and across the organization.
- Lead and empower local Field Team Leaders in the effective management of resources, business strategy and planning.
- Establish and maintain effective channels of communication, promoting a culture of collaboration and integration for end-to-end delivery of services in Input Operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable personnel and business practices, standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with IO COE Leader on all operational support activities provided by the IO COE.

Role Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with 4 years in a leadership level position within Nielsen Operations or comparable business.
- Multi-functional business experience leading, dynamic organizations, including strong team leadership experience.
- Experience developing and implementing strategic business plans and new organizational designs; demonstrated capability to balance short term focus with long term planning to deliver business objectives.
- Experience managing budgets in a complex business environment.
- Experience managing operations outsourcing/off shoring initiatives.
- Ability to generate respect and trust from employees and external constituencies; capable of energizing and empowering a diverse, multi-cultural operation.
- Working knowledge of RMS products in order to relate to client requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within and outside home market.
- Experience with operational transformation programs.
- Technology knowledge and innovative mindset.
- Comfortable operating in environments of uncertainty due to transformation and changes.
