We are seeking an experienced Robotic Welding Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programming, integrating, and installing robotic systems, with a focus on MIG, TIG, SPOT, and LASER welding processes. You will work closely with clients to perform on-site production tests, ensure project compliance, and meet client specifications. Your expertise in software and hardware installation, simulation downloads, and configuration will be crucial to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Program, integrate, and install robotic systems (KUKA, FANUC, ABB).
- Perform on-site production tests and ensure project compliance with client specifications.
- Install and configure software/hardware, download simulations, and program robots.
- Use Roboreal and Robo Studio software for robotic programming and simulation.
- Conduct predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on robotic systems.
- Interpret electrical diagrams and debug/troubleshoot PLC-based, PC-based, and robotic programs.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their requirements and satisfaction are met.
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience in robot programming within the automotive industry.
- Expertise in Robotic Programming for Fanuc-Nachi, ABB, and KUKA robots.
- Proficient in MIG welding (matte torch, touch sensing, and intermediate resistance), TIG, SPOT, and LASER welding processes.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC / Siemens PLC systems.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and troubleshoot PLC-based, PC-based, and robotic programs.
