We are on an exciting journey, establishing the Business Process Management organization, within Retail Concept Operations. This area will consist of roles connected to improving processes and capabilities. Retail Concept Operations will be an important contributor to the end-to-end Customer process and are working together, across IKEA to secure value creation through our processes. We want to improve IKEA value chain focusing on the Retail System and the Customer Experience, what are the preconditions, the operations, and the feedback loop to transform and keep developing IKEA
About you
In this role you will work intricately connected to the retail processes and the capability areas connected to the Retail System. You will be responsible for holding together the roadmap and aligning across the whole IKEA value change to secure the development of the right capabilities and to avoid duplication of work across IKEA. This includes alignment with Range and Supply roadmap leaders and all our Retail partners.
Working in close collaboration, you should secure what to be developed where and to support the overall business processes. In addition, being part of the Retail Concept organization, you must have an interest in the IKEA concept, understand IKEA Brand and commerciality, as the work is the lead the roadmap for the Retail System core process (Common Content and Customer Experience End to End) within Retail Concept and align across the value chain.

Additional information
This position is full-time (40 hours per week) and is located Malmö (SE) or in Delft (NL). Some travel will be required and in this role you will be reporting to the Business Process Manager at Retail Concept. We believe in working together and we work the majority of the time from the office, a hybrid solution between the office and working remotely will create the best environment for us to be creative, productive, and find a work-life balance.
