JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Road Service Manager
Department: Breakdown
Location: Greeley, CO
Reports to: Director of Maintenance
Principle Responsibilities:

Responsible for day to day activities of the breakdown/warranty department and all direct reports.
- Responsible for work schedules, productivity scorecards, warranty recovery goals, tracking vacation and sick days of direct reports.

Responsible for ComData reconciliation.

Enter repair data, verify and monitor parts and repair orders in maintenance software.

Responsible for DOT roadside inspections reconciliations.

Ensure road repairs and breakdowns are repaired in a timely manner.

Establish and maintain good vendor relationships.

Must be available and on call 24 hours.

Responsible for after-hours breakdown, scheduling and reconciliations.

Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with drivers and technicians.

Warranty recovery responsibilities.

Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Must have good communications and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.

Must be able to work under pressure situations and multi-task.

Be a team player, hard worker, dependable and reliable, flexible and on-call at any given time.

Commercial driver’s license is desired but not required.
-
Must have excellent computer knowledge and skills.
-
Must have trucking background and be familiar with class 8 tractors and trailers.

Must have mechanical knowledge of tractors and trailers.
-
Must be able to work with vendors and manufacturers to reclaim parts and labor costs associated with warranties.

Previous people management responsibilities a plus.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Base salary range of $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually and
- This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
