Risk Operations Analyst (Incident Management)

About the Team:

Our Operations Team ensures customers can operate seamlessly on our platform, and guarantee the best customer experience possible.

About the Role:

  • Manage to track the incident and policy breaches reports related to: Customer complaints associated with product outage, process issues; misallocation of funds to clients, erroneous crediting/debiting of funds to/from clients, late payment of credit card bills, late payments of subscription fees, etc. 
  • Manage to take the risk actions after assessing the severity of reported incident cases
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify the incident remediation actions within SLA, and escalate the related cases causing either a delay in resolution or an an actual SLA breach on time
  • Manage to track the remediation actions of the reported incident, and follow up the remediation progress
  • Manage to maintain the incident reporting data in one place according to Incident management KPIs
  • Support the manager to improve and update the SOPs according to the daily operational practice

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 1~2 years working experience in Finance /Banking /Fintech /Ecommerce industry
  • Strong detail-oriented mindset, capable of handling complex and large volume of information while extracting key insights and prioritizing the next steps
  • Ability to analyze the data and identify the root causes of the incidents
  • Excellent communication skills, and strong ability to work with different teams
  • Strong logical thinking, learning and communication skills
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company - we’re growing fast!
  • Able to work out of our India offices in either Bangalore / Gurugram on a hybrid work arrangement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Data analytical skill such as SQL / Python is a plus
