Key Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, execute and manage project quality
  • Perform risk-based system and process audits.
  • Familiar with process design and system design.
  • To promote and facilitate the development and implementation of effective controls, an effective and strong risk management system, and sound governance and control processes
  • Evaluate internal controls and perform root cause analysis for issues identified.
  • Provide value-added recommendations to improve systems of internal controls and to mitigate risks and ensuring quality.
  • Ensure issue or observation are remediated end to end effectively.

 

 SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must have risk wmanagement experience, able to do system and process audit 
  • Agile delivery hand-on experience
  • Banking domain knowledge
  • Experience in requirements gathering, functional requirements, user stories and documenting business/data/application/technology architectures, requirement and business rules
  • Experience in identifying policy and process gaps, developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications to identify gaps between current state and future state
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to cooperate with a variety of people to achieve results
  • Proactive with good organisational skills and forward planning
