- Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits.
- Check transactions and generate different reports and analysis.
- Handle chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery.
- Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns, verifications, follow-up, etc.
- Help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities.
- Investigate different fraud patterns.

- Are fluent in English.
- Have previous experience in the Finance field.
- Are availability to work on flexible shifts including night shifts.
- Have knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
- Possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
