Risk Management and Payments Specialist

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Handle fraud cases in all fraud interfaces. 
  • Prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits. 
  • Protect operations against online payment frauds and other fraudulent activities. 
  • Check financial processing. 
  • Handle chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery. 
  • Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns, verifications, follow-up, etc. 
  • Help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities. 
  • Generate different reports and analyses. 
  • Investigate different fraud patterns. 
  • Support other departments with fraud-related queries and solve questionable situations. 

Components for success. You... 

  • Have fluency in English.

  • Are available to work flexible shifts including night shifts if required. 

  • Have experience with online transactions, possible vulnerabilities, and up-to-date measures of fraud prevention will be considered a strong advantage. 

  • Are familiar with MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications. 

  • Possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. 

  • Define yourself as a team player with a positive attitude.
