We are seeking a meticulous and organized Risk Control Officer to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include reconciling and collecting sales data, investigating discrepancies, and controlling inventory to minimize damages and waste. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Job duties:
Sales Reconciliation:
• Collect and verify all Payment collection (POS, bank transfers, wallets collection..)
• Compare receipts with order values to ensure accuracy.
• Confirm that POS receipts are from MANO POS machines.
• Identify and investigate any discrepancies in sales records.
• Escalate and report unresolved discrepancies promptly.
Inventory Control:
• Monitor stock inventory for damages and waste.
• Implement control measures to minimize inventory loss.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Report and document any inventory issues or inconsistencies.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on sales reconciliation and inventory status.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Lead initiatives to improve controls where there may be risk of loss.
