Job Description:

Risk Account Managers are in charge of the daily risk communication with the merchants and represent Nuvei towards them. They are answering merchants’ requests in the shortest SLA possible, communicating with Risk Teams (Risk Monitoring, Credit Risk, Dispute Specialists and BI/Risk Data Analysts) to resolve and respond to merchant requests (Fraud investigations, Approval ratio, 3D settings etc.); configuring suggested rules per Risk Teams’ suggestion within the back-office.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Address the merchants' queries/requests to the Risk Teams and get back to the merchant in the shortest SLA possible.
  • Resolving daily matters with the merchants - informing them of technical issues and aiding with credits and refunds.
  • Notifying merchants for Internal escalations from the Risk Teams.
  • Communication with merchants - calls/emails.
  • Monitoring and analysis of specific accounts.
  • Maintain and implement the risk management plan.

Requirements

  • University degree (preferably in Finance or Economics)
  • Professional experience in risk identification and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment models.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Computer skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Teamwork spirit and ability to keep deadlines.
