Rights Coordinator

Taylor& Francis is seeking a Rights Coordinator to join the China Rights team as part of its successful commercial team. Our business in the China Rights team is to sell Chinese translation rights to create further value for Chinese publishers and T&F. The role of rights coordinator is responsible for assisting sales to meet or exceed the annual revenue targets and achieve long-term growth and development of overall T&F Group rights business in China.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Rights royalty settlement: rights revenue calculation, system data input and book sticker arrangement
  • Payment follow-up: invoice and revenue allocation follow-up, client credit control and issue solution 
  • Sales coordination: Rights document preparation, renewal/publication notice, gratis copy arrangement, WeChat-based rights promotion, etc.
  • Performance support: Assistance to the team to meet the annual targets and handle ad hoc tasks from line manager 

What we’re looking for:

  • Education in major of English/publishing preferred but not a must
  • Some working experience in publishing industry would be preferred
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, verbally and in written
  • Diligent team worker, capable for time and multi-task management
  • Willing to learn and to deliver quality work results efficiently

Location:
