We are seeking an RF Walk Test Technician to join our team at CED Systems. As an RF Walk Test Technician, you will be responsible for performing walk tests to evaluate the performance of wireless networks.
In this role, you will conduct on-foot tests to measure network coverage, signal strength, and quality. You will use specialized equipment to collect data and analyze network performance. Additionally, you will work closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of RF principles and wireless network technologies. You should have experience with walk test equipment and be familiar with industry-standard tools and software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential.
Requirements
1+ years of experience as an RF Walk Test Technician or similar role
Strong understanding of RF principles and wireless network technologies
Experience with walk test equipment and industry-standard tools, i.e, WINd, TEMS, XRO
Proficient in data collection and analysis using specialized software
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with the engineering team
