We are looking for a Rewards Specialist who will join our Human Resources Team to ensure organizational success and performance. You’ll be responsible for managing and implementing appropriate compensation and benefits applications and strategies for all levels of the organization. We’re lucky to have an amazing Finance & Business Support Team, and now, we need your help to grow it.
What you will do day in and day out:
- Manage and implement appropriate compensation and benefits policies and strategies,
- Improve and enhance the current remuneration system and procedures,
- Organize KPI and bonus payment processes for all of the Insider Team,
- Support new hirings and managing offers and benefits of the newcomers of Insider,
- Ensure proper communication with related departments and global teams in order to implement compensation and benefits policies and strategies,
- Prepare reports about the actualization of wages and salaries budget with the financial department.
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields
- You’re a data-junkie and number cruncher, passionate about digging into the numbers while having the ability to see the big picture
- You have familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- You’re a proactive and self-directed person, you take initiative when necessary
- You love working in a multicultural environment and has a sufficient level of English to communicate effectively
- You’re familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing, and challenging startup environment
- You have an excellent command of English
