Role Overview:

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in optimizing and expanding our business processes. We are seeking a candidate who can balance strategic planning with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. The successful applicant will be able to identify organizational opportunities and challenges, create advanced processes and solutions, and oversee their execution through CRM, technology implementation.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Data, Reporting, and Insights:

  • Keep our CRM and other data sources up-to-date and organised, including internal and customer-generated data.
  • Generate valuable insights for the team based on the previously mentioned data.
  • Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of important metrics related to activities and outcomes.
  • Analyze team performance in sales success and account management positions and collaborate with finance to determine accurate target achievement for variable payout.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in core revenue operations & overall 6+ years with sales, marketing or similar operations roles within the tech industry.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proficient understanding of CRM tools like Hubspot and sales enablement technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and propose data-driven recommendations to enhance revenue performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
