Job Duties:-
- Maintaining returns operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational and personnel policies / procedures.
- Maintain a high level of return product accuracy and speedy processing through employee involvement and teamwork.
- Ensure team distributes returned items to their proper location considering all factors including the value of the product, its condition and type of return.
- Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning work; follow up on work results.
- Complying with federal, state and local warehousing, material handling and requirements.
- Directing the maintenance of physical conditions and appearance of the warehouse.
- Developing employee performance by appraising, coaching, and counseling.
- Maintaining and adjusting employee timecards.
- Establishing safety practices and hold others accountable for adhering to them.
Job Requirements:-
- 2 - 3 years in hub and warehousing operations, in the shipping/e-commerce field.
- Very good English Level.
- Must have experience in leading and supervising teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Decision Making and problem solving skills.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to meet deadline and work under pressure.
- Time Management and multi-tasking.
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Proactive, with can do attitude and good judgment.
- Focused and professional attitude.
