Revenue Strategy & Insights Manager

The Revenue Strategy & Insights Manager is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, developing strategic initiatives, and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Strategy & Insights, this role focuses on analyzing key revenue metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting decision-making at all organizational levels.

In this hands-on role, you will manage analytics projects, create accurate revenue forecasts, and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to shaping and executing PandaDoc’s revenue strategy, enabling leadership to make informed decisions, enhance GTM efficiency, and achieve growth objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze key performance metrics, including ARR, NRR, churn, pipeline health, and CAC, to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into revenue performance
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to develop and execute revenue strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth through strategic initiatives
  • Support long-term planning by building models and scenarios for revenue forecasting and resource allocation
  • Create and refine revenue forecasts to ensure accurate and reliable projections
  • Partner with Finance to align revenue forecasting with broader financial planning processes
  • Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and recommend data-driven actions
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and initiatives
  • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement to define KPIs and track the success of GTM strategies
  • Work closely with Revenue Technology to ensure systems support advanced analytics and reporting needs
  • Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Standardize reporting and analysis processes to ensure consistency across teams

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Analytics, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of analyzing complex data and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Highly proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel modeling
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Strong SQL or similar query languages is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on actionable outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

The annual OTE (base + bonus combined) salary range for this position is $145,000-180,000 based on skills and geographical location.
