This is one of the reasons why the Revenue Operations field has been growing so fast in the recent years.

As Revenue Operations Administrator at Zowie your mission will be to ensure that our revenue-related processes are clearly defined, that data in these systems flows well, is accurate and keeps our Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success teams informed and aligned, so they can be as effective as possible.

What You'll Do

  • Systems Management: Manage and optimize CRM and other go-to-market tools and systems
  • Automation: Design and implement new workflows to automate processes
  • Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between our go-to-market systems
  • Implementation: Drive and execute new tools’ implementation projects
  • Innovation: Seek opportunities to improve our tech stack following technology trends
  • Support: Provide support and troubleshooting, ensuring all systems function optimally

What You Bring

  • 2+ years Salesforce administration experience
  • Willingness to learn modern revenue-related tools (e.g. Apollo, Gong, SimilarWeb)
  • Strong understanding of data integration, workflow automation, and system management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across different teams and departments
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
