The Real Deal is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join a rapidly growing media company focused on real estate journalism, headquartered in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a track record of:Fluency in the technology used to manage and grow sales such as CRM systems and lead generation platformsEnergetic collaboration and clear communicationHaving used technology to grow performanceHaving thought strategically to approach a market and support a team of experienced sales professionals

Long-term we expect you to power the team to increase revenue generated from local and national advertisers, both in the worlds of Real Estate and from the brands that should be targeting the sophisticated, affluent audience engaged in the industry.

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team and assist with driving our revenue growth strategy. This person should love the “hunt for opportunities.” You will be providing the leads, organization, and coordination to power the high volume of sales and outreach that are needed to continue to grow our company and support its important journalism. This is an especially exciting opportunity for someone who wants to learn more about how news is monetized and how new, creative approaches can raise the bar, provide efficiency, and drive precision and professionalism across our revenue organization.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely sales, product, and cross-functional teams to build automated communications and processes to drive B2B and B2C sales
- Lead-creation with automated communications scaling the amount of discovery calls
- Partner with the Director of B2B marketing to send monthly newsletters, conference communications and other relevant large scale email communications. This includes managing our segments and email deliverability.
- Take full ownership of the HubSpot CRM and continue to build out the open lead queue, assigning and reassigning leads to make sure our organization is best deployed to win
- Identify needs and proactively find solutions to improve processes and tooling to enable business scale, reducing friction and manual work across the business
- Manager and support the overall HubSpot administration and system architecture
- With the Chief Sales Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, determine the go-to-market strategy for new business, product launches, category/vertical effort, and more
- Work closely with research & data teams to pull lists of leads and load them into the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on analyzing lead generation data, and aligning marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring that marketing campaigns generate qualified leads and contribute to revenue growth


Requirements:

- Recent experience in a similar RevOps role, with 5 years+ experience in sales and/or operations
- Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing
- In-office work at the NYC HQ three days a week minimum
