About the role:

LRN is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist who will serve as a vital point of contact for the sales team, addressing and resolving ad-hoc Salesforce and data management inquiries with prompt and effective solutions. They will take ownership of Salesforce cases, ensuring quick response times and high satisfaction. The role involves daily monitoring and maintaining audit dashboards to track key metrics and ensure data quality, as well as cleaning and updating records to uphold data integrity. This individual will also assist with data uploads and deduplication requests, manage special RevOps projects through Trello, and work within deadlines to meet operational needs. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as the role requires prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a key point of contact for the sales team by promptly addressing and resolving their ad-hoc requests, queries, and challenges related to Salesforce and data management.
  • Take ownership of resolving inquiries from the sales team through Salesforce cases, ensuring prompt responses and delivering exceptional satisfaction.
  • Review and maintain audit dashboards daily to monitor key metrics and data quality to ensure timely updates are completed where applicable.
  • Clean and update records to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Assist with data upload requests to Salesforce ensuring accuracy and deduplication.
  • Complete special RevOps projects as assigned through Trello
  • Work under deadlines and specific time frames
  • Adapt to a constantly changing environment, re-prioritizing work as situations change/needs arise

Requirements

  • Experience dealing with data with proven attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of Sales/Revenue Operations.
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders (primarily the sales team) by actively listening to their needs, demonstrating empathy, and ensuring that each request is handled with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated skill and passion for problem-solving and operational excellence

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of related work experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Service within a sales environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Highly organized and detail focused, has multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
  • Strong understating of Salesforce and proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Zoominfo/Ringlead is preferred
  • The ability to balance between day-to-day demands and long-term project initiatives
  • Excellent written and communication skills
