Revenue Operations Specialist

Your Mission

As a Revenue Operations Specialist with a focus on Partnership motion at Tellent, you will play a critical role in architecting and optimizing partnership operations.

You will work closely with other teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Product, to optimise processes, improve customer experience, and drive customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of analytical insight, operational expertise, and hands-on execution to ensure our customers continue to experience value and achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions.


Your Team

You will join a central team of 4 RevOps professionals, responsible for optimising inputs and outputs of the revenue funnel and report into the VP of Revenue Operations.


12-Month Journey

First 3 months: Learn about the company's products, systems, and current processes. Begin assessing existing processes and tools, particularly around partnership operations. Start building relationships with key stakeholders across departments.

After 6 months: Begin implementing initial process improvements and project initiatives. Work on your first project related to the partnership. Take ownership of reporting for partnerships and other assigned areas.

After 12 months: Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Lead ongoing improvements in systems and processes, based on data-driven insights.Fully own processes related to partnerships and support in other revenue operations.


What you'll do:

  • Develop and elevate the Partnership Operations: Analyze and refine partnership processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Implement tools and systems to enhance productivity, including forecasting & reporting.
  • Collaborate with Partnership and other Teams: Partner with Partnership, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align processes with business objectives. Co-own partnership metrics, forecasting, and performance analysis with the RevOps team.
  • Ensure CRM & Partnertack Data Accuracy and Hygiene: Work with Partnership team to maintain accurate CRM & Partnerstack data hygiene and integrity. Regularly audit and update customer information to ensure data accuracy.
  • Design and Implement Process Improvements
  • Generate Data Insights and Analysis: Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations and insights for decision-making. Generate standard recurring customer health reports, renewal forecasts, and churn analysis.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert and Main Point of Contact
  • Collaborate in Strategic Initiatives and Track Project Progress
