We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented person — someone with a high degree of autonomy and a broad understanding of business and finance. Responsibilities:
- Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, and plans;
- Review and analyze operational and renewal data. Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making;
- Leverage transactional and other data to identify underlying trends within the business and provide guidance to business leaders;
- Participate in regional process improvement initiatives;
- Demonstrate thought leadership around marketing, sales, and CS data processes and operations;
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization;
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required;
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking);
- Experience with Sales/Customer Success/Marketing Ops;
- Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies;
- Experience working in agile environments.
Ideally, you also:
- Have experience in tech companies/startups;
- Possess strong SQL skills;
- Reside in sunny Rio de Janeiro.
