Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects to optimize commercial & marketing operations and revenue planning: driving key strategic and efficiency projects across the entire commercial & marketing cycle and processes
- Drive pan-European projects end to end, across strategy setting, organizational changes, efficiency and process optimization topics
- Conduct market research on key verticals, competitors, and products, with emphasis on new insights generation and evolving trends
- Analyze internal data and benchmark against competitors, identifying growth opportunities
- Conduct ongoing market assessments, databook compilation, monthly department updates
- Perform administrative processes such as issuing reports & KPI, compute customer score
- Collaborate across departments and provide business support to Product, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Legal
