Role and Responsibilities
- Regularly provide senior leadership a complete view of ad revenue streams, mainly for the Japan market
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to grow Ad Business and help Ads-related teams achieve their goals
- Contribute to quarterly/annual planning by organizing, analyzing, and cross-functionally communicating internal/external data
- Gather and extract insights from research on competitors and relevant industries (media, mobile apps, etc.)
- Help define the most important KPIs to use for tracking and analyzing Ad Business health and performance

- データを分析し、広告ビジネスを成長させるためのトレンドと機会を特定し、営業チームの目標達成を支援する。
- 社内外のデータを整理、分析し、部門横断的に伝達することで、四半期／年間計画に貢献する。
- 競合他社や関連業界（メディア、モバイルアプリなど）に関する調査からインサイトを収集し、抽出する。
- 広告ビジネスの健全性とパフォーマンスを追跡・分析するために使用する最も重要なKPIを定義する。
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a strategy consulting, high-growth technology firm, ad monetization analytics or a related field.
- Interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics and program evaluation.
- Ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work and influence cross-functionally with multiple teams. Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort interpreting a variety of different data sources from qualitative research to primary survey data to secondary data sources and creating one cohesive story
- Experience in scripting with SQL, extracting large sets of data
- Proficiency in Japanese - native / JLPT N1 or higher
- Business level English
- 戦略コンサルティング、テクノロジー企業における広告マネタイズ分析、または関連分野での5-8年の経験。
- データ、KPI、分析、業界トレンドへの関心と適性、およびメジャメント、統計、プログラム評価に関する応用知識。
- 分析結果をビジネス上の提言に反映させるスキル、文書・口頭での高度なコミュニケーション能力。
- 複数のチームと機能横断的に連携し、議論をリードすることができる、クロスファンクショナルなリーダーシップ。
- 定性調査から一次調査データ、二次調査データなど、さまざまな異なるデータソースを解釈し、1つのまとまったストーリーを作成するスキル。
- SQLを用いたスクリプト作成、大規模なデータセット抽出の経験
- 日本語 - ネイティブ / 日本語能力試験N1以上
- 英語力 - ビジネス会話以上
