Bevi is on a mission to disrupt the beverage supply chain and replace single-use water bottles with smart water machines. We are looking for a passionate, data-driven, and mission-aligned Revenue Operations Manager (Marketing) with a technology background and experience with marketing automation, sales engagement, and relationship management platforms. The right candidate brings a proven track record of building successful marketing automation programs and driving continual improvement from start to finish. This role will take a proactive approach to optimizing existing lead management processes, staying current on industry best practices, and recommending new processes. This role plays a core part in Bevi’s Revenue Operations team, but with a specific focus on supporting Marketing programs and initiatives and reports up to the Director of Sales Strategy & Development.  

Specific responsibilities of the role include:

  • Analysis: Own the data integrity, analyze and provide strategic input with respect to volume, conversion KPIs, and spend against budget for the demand-gen and brand marketing teams’ performance and associated programs. Programs include but are not limited to digital advertising, ABM initiatives, targeted brand marketing, and event marketing 
  • Build proactive and automated means to scan and maintain data quality health of all marketing-related data 
  • Technology and Integrations: Optimize Bevi’s marketing automation technology (Hubspot) and manage integrations between Hubspot and advertising platforms and Bevi’s CRM tool, Salesforce. 
  • Assist Sr. RevOps Engineer in evaluation of new technologies and onboard new vendors that can further optimize lead conversion pipeline
  • Marketing Lifecycle: Master Bevi’s marketing lead lifecycle by identifying process improvements for each stage, including campaign creation, lead scoring, qualification, conversion, and attribution 
  • Recommend optimizations to future campaign performance and measurement
  • Campaign Management: Assist the marketing team with setup of all demand-gen campaigns, including, as needed, form and UTM setups, email newsletter blasts, auto-notification requests, ad campaign operations, and list uploads
  • Optimize and sustain a post-lead entry nurture program that effectively segments, markets to, and moves towards conversion all High Intent leads 
  • Strategic Recommendations: Support the Director of Sales Strategy in deep demand-related analytical initiatives to identify areas of opportunity and improvement across wider sales & marketing (revenue) organization
  • Manage global compliance GDPR, CAN SPAM, CASL, CCPA, etc.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a marketing, sales or revenue operations role in a B2B environment, experience in a fast-growth B2B service business or SaaS a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise with marketing automation and lead management tools (Hubspot, Salesforce). Familiarity with Sales Engagement Platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, is a plus
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • An entrepreneurial mindset. We’re looking for a self-starter with high operational acumen, looking to make a big impact in a quickly growing organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or similar discipline is a plus
