We are now looking for a talented Operations Manager who will take care of the transparency and correctness of data daily; support teams responsible for working with the client by building, monitoring, and optimizing processes and ensuring the proper operation of internal systems. Thanks to their daily work, our business runs more efficiently and faster.
What challenges we prepared for you?
- Be a trusted advisor to the Marketing/Sales/CS and country leadership team - drive strategic decision-making and act as their main point of contact for business needs, insights and guidance
- Be responsible for the effective business operation of Sales and Customer Operations to the Poland market

Drive implementation of global processes with local structures
- Own quality and consistency in collaboration with the global team and local leadership
- Build and develop the team to deliver proactive strategic value and actionable insights and a world-class customer experience
- Own business outcomes:
Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of business KPIs
Continually develop improvements and embed successful change projects
Analyze local processes, identifying differences and best practices, and developing solutions and processes that fit the countries' need
Build, monitor, and optimize processes and take care of the proper operation of internal tools.
Take part in strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact
- System monitoring and maintenance: CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) and other internal systems (e.g. Typeform, Zapier)
- Reports and analyses ,ensuring transparency and correctness of data in systems,
- Managing a team of about 4 people: recruiting and onboarding, conducting regular meetings with all team members. Monitoring team results - we are a data-driven company, we measure our work and constantly improve it,
- Lead by example - by close cooperation with the team, but also operational work provided by yourself.
- team management experience (min. 2 years) is a must,
- experience in working on CRM,
- you know Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio very well,
- at least basic knowledge of databases, SQL,
- analytical thinking is your forte,
- you draw accurate conclusions and know how to "defend" your recommendations,
- project management skills - the ability to prioritize and work with many stakeholders,
- knowledge of the Polish language - enabling free spoken/written communication,
- knowledge of the English language at min. B2 (we are an international company, and we work on foreign systems, but above all, we communicate with other DocPlanners from all over the world).
