We are on a transformative journey toward establishing a globally unified approach to driving high-performance in our sales & revenue strategy. We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Director to join our team in a greenfield and pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping and embedding a high-performance sales culture within the APAC region, ensuring alignment with our global strategies and driving impactful commercial results.

You will evaluate our current roadmap, identifying opportunities for enhancement and offering strategic recommendations to our sales leadership teams. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate this plan and drive its operational success. Your strategic vision will significantly influence our growth trajectory and strengthen our position as a leader in GovTech.

Collaborating closely with our regional sales leaders, you will focus on reallocating quotas and territories, optimizing team structures to achieve our commercial objectives, and enhancing our sales processes and systems. You will be responsible for tracking critical data, such as pipeline health and conversion rates, and analyse these insights to identify key issues and inform strategic decisions. Additionally, you will establish and implement systems and processes that ensure we can effectively monitor and enhance performance across the region.

Requirements

What you will do to be successful in this role

  • Proven experience in managing revenue operations and processes for a global SaaS business
  • Experience working in similar organisations going through environment of change
  • Experience leading teams and driving change effectively
  • Ability to execute and ensure successful uptake of process and systems improvements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working in a matrixed organisational structure & collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of sales enablement and pricing strategies to maximise revenue and growth success
  • Expertise in executing and improving best in class sales incentive structures
  • Precision when it comes to reporting and data capturing processes
  • In-depth experience with Salesforce CRM & ability to optimise system functionality and use
  • Experience working with fixed contract models and understanding the nuances of this operating model
  • Understanding of various sales methodologies and their practical applications
