We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. 

Why is this role so important at Similarweb?

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our high-impact RevOps team, specializing in Rep performance tracking, Headcount planning and commission analysis . In this role, you will make a direct impact on our business performance, managing key performance indicators and executing strategic analysis for our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Monitor and report on revenue KPIs, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to enhance performance.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analysis using BI tools, CRM systems and Google Sheets to track and optimize operational processes and overall business performance.
  • Take the lead in setting revenue targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams for yearly revenue goal planning.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by consistently validating and updating datasets, while actively contributing to the improvement of our data infrastructure. 

  • Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis inspired by our vision & strategy for the business.

  • Utilize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various databases.

  • Collaborate with the data engineering team to optimize and automate data extraction processes.

  • Provide Ad hoc analysis support for ongoing business needs.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Revenue Operations  Analyst in a SaaS B2B company - MUST

  • BA/B.Sc. in Industry & Management, Economics, Management or equivalent

  • High proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets / SQL/ Tableau

  • Experience creating dashboards using tools like Tableau, Google Sheets, or similar is a must

  • Fluent in English

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Highly detail-oriented, Curious, proactive, ambitious, and enjoys solving complex problems with a strong team player mentality
