About the role:

LRN is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst who will provide analytical support for the sales organization. The role will be responsible for critical analytic initiatives such as forecasting, KPI’s, competitive analysis, configuration projects in Salesforce and experience leveraging Business Intelligence tools to help build sales insights. We are looking for someone to develop new ideas and creative solutions, as well as demonstrate skill and passion for problem-solving and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a sales intelligence program leveraging business intelligence tools and reporting capabilities
  • Understand key Sales processes and performance indicators to create reporting and business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decisions
  • Work with revenue operations team to define data required to perform desired analyses and participate in the development of processes that deliver required data
  • Analyze sales and business data to provide important visualization and dashboards that clearly communicate complex data in a simple form to a non-technical audience
  • Analyze current datasets to identify trends, statistics and insights that can be used to drive the business forward
  • Present complex results in a clear, concise and enticing manner that encourages action
  • Work under deadlines and specific time frames
  • Adapt to a constantly changing environment, re-prioritizing work as situations change and needs arise

Requirements

  • Experience gathering business requirements and developing scorecards/dashboards to surface meaningful KPIs and actionable intelligence to senior leaders
  • Working knowledge of design best practices, including data modeling, data transformation and dashboard design
  • Success developing business intelligence programs that increase revenues and sales effectiveness
  • Demonstrated skill and passion for problem-solving and operational excellence
  • Strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine tactic effectiveness, ROI, forecasting

 Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years of related work experience in business analysis, reporting, strategy, analytics and/or business intelligence in a sales environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Highly organized and detail focused, has multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
  • Experience with Salesforce and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Domo and Tableau strongly preferred
  • Strategic planning and thinking skills
  • The ability to balance between day-to-day demands and long-term project initiatives
  • Excellent written and communication skills
