We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in optimizing our revenue processes across new sales and renewals. You will work closely with Sales, Renewals, and Finance teams to ensure seamless revenue generation, accurate forecasting, and effective renewal strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Revenue Analysis and Forecasting:
Analyze sales and renewal data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance revenue performance.
Sales/Renewal Process Optimization:
Collaborate with the Sales & Renewals teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Track and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, deal velocity, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and renewal activities in CRM and other systems.
Create and distribute regular reports and dashboards to track revenue performance and key metrics.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all revenue-related systems and platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
Coordinate with Marketing to align sales and renewal efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
Support the development of sales and renewal training materials and best practices.
2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, financial analysis, or a related role in a SaaS company.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
