General Summary:
The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible in optimizing our revenue generation processes and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of reaching company goals and targets. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides support to the Revenue Operations teams, with a high attention to detail
• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
• May influence others within the Sales team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices
• Anticipate reporting & analytics needs by working with Sales and Marketing to identify areas of focus, trends, deficiencies, or inconsistencies, and offer suggestions and interpretation of the data
• Maintain revenue related data input for all monthly & quarterly decks
• Ensure the timely delivery of all sales reports and data needs

• Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision
• Practical knowledge of applicable work area

• Familiarity with pipeline and forecasting analysis and metrics to drive sales attainment
• Understanding of different reporting tools and CRM platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex analyses and insights to senior leadership
• Organized and effective time management skills
• Strong facilitation and inquiry skills
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience
Working Conditions:
• Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
• 0-10% travel may be required
