In this role, you will take ownership of the growth, optimization, and maintenance of our Revenue Operations environment and take a primary role in ModSquad’s core systems as we continue working to revolutionize the digital managed services industry!
We need you to help guide and shape how our company utilizes tools like Salesforce as we continue to scale and grow. Your work will affect the day-to-day workflows of our entire sales and client services teams (and more) and have a major impact on the way we interact with our rapidly growing customer base.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be nimble and quick -- gliding effortlessly between high-level development on our overall strategy and rolling up your sleeves and digging into the nitty gritty details to get things done. You will work closely with our amazing Director of Revenue Enablement & Analytics and Sr. Director of Revenue Operations to understand their pain points and proactively identify and solve various issues that arise. You will also need to prioritize issues based on business needs, and move quickly to address the ones that have the highest impact. You will need to independently and cross-functionally manage projects that touch multiple teams. What you will do:
- Manage the configuration of the Salesforce platform
- Create workflows, process builder, and approval flows
- Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations including configuration, custom fields, objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules
- Work closely with sales teams and implement sales strategies
- Review and recommend third-party vendors to enable sales processes and drive efficiency gains
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Sales is best supporting the organization
- Partner with Marketing to provide analysis of lead funnel and lead-to-order progression
- Manage third-party integrations within the CRM
- Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Who you are:
- Experience with automated processes
- 1+ year of CRM/systems administration
- Experience evaluating and implementing new sales technology, taking ModSquad’s sales to the next level with sales technology stack
- Experience working cross-functionally to communicate challenges and needs, as well as determining mutually beneficial resolutions
- Experience with sales, service, and marketing automation tools and experience implementing Contract Management systems (such as Conga)
- General knowledge of third-party applications such as Hubpot, Conga, Docusign, Zoom, Zoominfo, LinkedIn
- Excellent Excel skills; you dream about formula models and pivot tables!
- Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity and security compliance
- Have general knowledge of legal clauses found in standard MSAs, Work Orders, deal desk processes
