ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager with a strong background in hospitality to optimise revenue performance across our properties in Europe. This role is not finance-focused but instead requires expertise in hotel revenue management, pricing strategies, and market analysis. You will play a crucial role in driving top-line growth and ensuring revenue optimization across our portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:

Revenue Strategy & Performance: Own the top-line revenue performance for a cluster of properties, setting and executing long-term pricing and distribution strategies.

Pricing & Yield Management: Analyze booking trends, demand patterns, and market conditions to make data-driven pricing decisions and optimize revenue.

Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and market dynamics to adjust strategies proactively.

Pre-Opening & Expansion Support: Develop and implement revenue strategies for newly launched properties and contribute insights on potential growth opportunities.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the distribution, marketing, sales, and BI teams to align strategies and maximize revenue.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct A/B tests on different pricing models, analyze results, and continuously improve revenue performance.
ABOUT YOU
- This is a remote position, available only to candidates based in locations where we have an entity. We are currently considering applicants from the EU or the UK only.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management within the hospitality/hotel industry (experience in finance-only roles will not be relevant for this position).

Education: Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Data Analytics, or a similar field.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of PMS, CRS, OTA management, rate optimisation, demand forecasting, and pricing strategies.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex data into clear revenue strategies and decision-making frameworks.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work across departments and explain revenue concepts to different audiences.

Language: Fluency in English (C1 level) is required.

Proactiveness & Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and take a hands-on approach when needed.
