What you will do:
- Content Development: Update, and curate sales and marketing training materials, including playbooks, guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for the Go to Market teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, marketing strategies, and best practices.
- Through guidance of the Revenue Enablement managers support the Top of Funnel and growth teams
- Through guidance of the Revenue Enablement managers deliver Everboarding program to meet skills and knowledge gaps in the GTM team
- Sales Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales representatives to help them improve their selling skills and meet their individual targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment, sharing market insights, and gathering feedback to continuously improve training content and strategies.
- Performance Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to optimise training results.
- Leverage sales enablement and learning management systems to enhance the training process and track progress.
- Manage the Onboarding & Everboarding Channels in the CMS
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and changes in the market to ensure that training content remains relevant and competitive.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations position or sales training positions
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital or a Sales related role
- Experience in creating high quality content and managing training
- Experience in the technology / SaaS industry
- Knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies
- Required experience working with sales tools (sales automation, CRM...) - experience working with Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, Gong and/or Hubspot is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- You speak English fluently, French is a plus
